We dealt with Mel throughout the whole process & it was honestly refreshing to work with someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Even when we had tricky questions, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She helped us choose a great flooring option for our new home, sourced specific products we were after & showed excellent product knowledge throughout. The entire process felt easy with clear & consistent communication. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Frequently Asked Questions About SmartDrape on the Sunshine Coast

Can SmartDrape be customised to fit different window sizes and shapes?

Yes, they can be fully customised to fit a wide range of window sizes and shapes, making it a versatile solution for any space.

Whether you have large sliding doors, tall windows, or uniquely shaped openings, these window coverings can be tailored to meet your exact specifications.

At Coverings Sunshine Coast, we specialise in creating bespoke solutions that perfectly align with your home’s architecture and design preferences.

During the initial consultation, our team takes precise measurements to ensure the perfect fit. We also offer a variety of fabric options, colours, and operational features, such as motorisation, to personalise your window furnishings to suit your style and needs.

What maintenance is required to ensure the longevity?

Maintenance is simple and ensures it remains in excellent condition for years to come. Here are a few easy steps to keep your window coverings looking and functioning at its best:

Regular Dusting

Gently dust the fabric panels with a soft brush or use a vacuum cleaner with a low-suction upholstery attachment to remove everyday dust and dirt.

Spot Cleaning

For small stains or marks, use a damp, clean cloth with a mild detergent to gently blot the area. Avoid scrubbing or using harsh chemicals, as these can damage the fabric.

Professional Cleaning

Occasionally, consider professional cleaning to maintain the freshness and vibrancy of your fabric. Many materials are specially treated for durability and easy care, but professional cleaning can enhance their longevity.

Smooth Operation

If your SmartDrape is motorised, periodically check the mechanisms and ensure the tracks are free of debris. If needed, lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

Sun Protection

They are designed to withstand sunlight, but rotating the panels regularly can help distribute exposure and maintain even wear over time.
