Working remotely alongside the builder and designer, we were engaged to supply both flooring and window covering solutions aligned with the brief — ensuring each product complemented the relaxed coastal aesthetic while delivering long-term performance, practicality, and cohesion throughout the home.

The Brief
The design team’s vision was a luxury coastal retreat that felt warm, welcoming, and seamlessly connected to its natural surroundings. Both flooring and window coverings played a foundational role in achieving this, establishing the tone for the interiors and supporting the broader architectural intent.

Our Role & Solution
Based on the specification provided, we supplied a curated selection of flooring and window covering products that aligned with the design direction.
Terra Mater timber flooring was selected for its natural grain variation, warm coastal tones, and authentic timber character. It provides a grounding base for the interiors, responding beautifully to natural light throughout the day and adding depth and movement to the home.
To complement this, the window coverings were carefully chosen to soften light, enhance privacy, and layer texture throughout the interiors. The result is a cohesive balance between structure and softness, allowing the architectural forms and material palette to work together seamlessly.
