Layered Bedspreads, Tailored & Made for Your Space
A custom bedspread is the finishing layer that brings a bedroom together — adding softness, texture and a refined, considered feel.
At Coverings Sunshine Coast, we design and create made-to-measure bedspreads, crafted locally and tailored to suit your bed, your space and your overall interior.
Whether you’re styling a relaxed coastal home or a more elevated, layered space, we’ll guide you through options that feel right for how you live.
Important to Note: We specialise in new, custom-made bedspreads and do not offer alterations or repairs for existing pieces.
Designed to Fit Perfectly
Unlike off-the-shelf options, our bedspreads are tailored to your exact requirements — ensuring they sit beautifully and function as intended.
- Made to measure for your bed size and desired drop
- Designed to suit your bed height, base and mattress
- Options for full coverage or relaxed, folded styling
- Suitable for residential homes and accommodation spaces
We consider proportions, layering, and how the bed will be used day-to-day, so the final result feels effortless and well balanced.
Fabric & Finishes
Our showroom features a curated fabric library, allowing you to create a bedspread that feels cohesive with the rest of your interiors.
From soft, luxurious Belgian linen fabrics through to beautifully detailed collections like Alhambra, we offer options that suit both relaxed and more refined spaces.
- Lightweight and heavier fabrics, depending on the look and function
- Textured weaves, soft neutrals and statement designs
- Designed to complement your bedhead, cushions and curtains
We’ll guide you toward the right fabric, balancing style, comfort and practicality.
Each custom bedspread is made locally, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This allows us to tailor every piece while maintaining a high standard of finish that lasts over time.
In the Sac Linen Collection
We also offer the bespoke In the Sac linen bedspread range — crafted from premium European flax linen and known for its relaxed, lived-in aesthetic.
These beautifully softened linens bring an effortless, understated feel to a bedroom, perfect for coastal homes or spaces that favour a more relaxed, layered look.
A considered option for those wanting a ready-designed piece with the same quality and finish as a custom solution.
